Conviction and sentence for selling cocaine base is affirmed over claims that: 1) by instructing the jury pursuant to CALCRIM No. 220, the trial court violated defendant's due process right to have his guilt determined beyond a reasonable doubt; and 2) the trial court erred in refusing to strike his prior strike conviction.
