California Court of Appeal

Arburn v. DMV, H030127

Grant of petition to set aside suspension of plaintiff's driving privileges for one year for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol is reversed as the superior court erred in setting aside the suspension on the grounds that the arresting officer did not have reasonable suspicion to stop plaintiff's vehicle.
