After unsuccessful claim to labor commissioner, judgment in favor of plaintiff-former employee for unpaid overtime, along with prejudgment interest and attorney's fees, are affirmed where: 1) defendant did not carry its burden of establishing that plaintiff was an exempt employee; 2) the damage award was excessive; and 3) the attorney's fees award was authorized.
