Dina v. People ex rel. Dep't of Transp., B190432

In case alleging inverse condemnation, nuisance and negligence by reason of noise, vibrations, air pollution and property damage from an extension of the I-210 freeway, judgment for defendant is affirmed as appellants failed to demonstrate that their properties suffered peculiar and substantial damage, or that the freeway construction or operation was unreasonable.
