Sentence for conviction of transporting methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of a smoking device, is reversed where: 1) a prior Nevada prison term enhancement was flawed; 2) the sentence on the misdemeanor count must be reduced; and 3) the Canadian prison term does not meet the requirements of Penal Code section 667.5.
