Quartz of S. Cal., Inc. v. Mullen Bros., Inc., G036228

In dispute arising from plaintiff's sale of vehicles to a used car dealer that went out of business, and which dealer sold the contracts to defendant, declaration that plaintiff was the lawful owner of the title certificates but refusing to order defendant to pay plaintiff for the certificates, is reversed as to the order denying payment to plaintiff.
