In suit to domesticate a multimillion dollar judgment plaintiff had obtained against defendant in Qatar, summary judgment for defendant based on 4-year statute of limitations is reversed as the California Uniform Foreign Money Judgments Recognition Act precludes finality and/or conclusiveness until a Qatari appeal was decided, and, since the instant lawsuit was filed within four years of the appellate decision in Qatar, it was timely filed.
