People v. Sullivan, A109149

Conviction and sentence for robbery, with findings of prior strikes and other priors, are affirmed as: 1) no prejudicial errors were committed in the resolution of defendant's motions before and during trial related to his right to counsel; 2) the robbery statute is not vague; 3) no instructional error occurred; 4) the robbery convictions are all supported by the evidence, and 5) defendant's sentence did not violate any constitutional principles.
