Blackmore v. Powell, B185326

In declaratory relief action alleging that plaintiff was entitled to build a garage on an easement appurtenant to his property, and for other relief, judgment for plaintiff is affirmed over claim that the trial court erred in interpreting the easement to permit plaintiff to build a garage, and that the easement, so construed, contravened the Subdivision Map Act.
