Faust v. Cal. Portland Cement Co., B190950

In suit for wrongful termination in violation of right to medical leave under the CFRA, summary judgment for defendant, plaintiff's former employer, is reversed as plaintiff provided sufficient information to the employer to advise it of his need for leave pursuant to the CFRA, and the employer did not give notice to plaintiff of his right to leave under the CFRA.
