In suit arising from default on loan made by brokerage firm, involving cross-actions for breach of fiduciary duty in giving financial advice and collecting on the loan, arbitration award to defendant firm is affirmed over clam that the arbitrator suppressed information showing him to be disqualified to act as a neutral arbitrator.
