In suit alleging disability discrimination and adverse employment action in violation of public policy, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed over claim that the trial court erred in finding that, because defendant offered plaintiff other positions with comparable pay and promotion opportunities, he did not suffer an adverse employment action.
