InfiNet Mktg. Servs., Inc. v. Am. Motorist Ins. Co., G036312, G036248

In a coverage dispute between insurance broker and insurer over insurer's refusal to defend broker in underlying litigation related to a worker's compensation policy of an employee leasing company, summary judgment for insurer in one case is affirmed, and denial of summary judgment in another is vacated as the insurance broker is not a third party beneficiary of the insurance contract and the insurer had no duty to defend or indmenify the broker.
