Conviction and sentence for various child sexual abuse crimes and for dissuading a witness from testifying are affirmed over claims of ineffective assistance of counsel for counsel's pretrial performance and for failing to pursue a "taint hearing" to determine the complaining witness's competency and credibility prior to trial.
