California Court of Appeal

Frank v. Los Angeles County, B169427

In a race discrimination class action brought by a class of minority peace officers, judgment finding defendant county liable for back pay and other relief is reversed as plaintiffs failed to establish a basis for a disparate impact claim as a matter of law, and the jury-s verdict on disparate treatment was not supported by the evidence.
