California Court of Appeal
In re Olson, B191958
In case involving former member of the Symbionese Liberation Army, orders requiring the Board of Prison Terms to calculate a parole release date under indeterminate sentencing law guidelines and striking one year of an extended term under the Uniform Determinate Sentencing Law (DSL) are reversed as the court improperly failed to issue an OSC and failed to have appellant file a return to the petition before granting respondent affirmative relief.
