California Court of Appeal

Cryoport Sys. v. CNA Ins. Cos., G037056

In a suit brought against insurers alleging they violated the unfair competition law with their methods of collecting unearned premiums from customers, judgment dismissing the complaint for lack of standing is affirmed over plaintiff's claim that reversal was required that so it could attempt to amend its complaint to substitute in a new plaintiff who in fact has standing to pursue the action.
