California Court of Appeal

People v. Bradus, D047774

Denial of a petition to expunge a 1999 drug conviction following the termination of petitioner's probation is reversed where relief under Pen. Code section 1203.4 had to be granted because she fulfilled the conditions of her probation as required by law, and the trial court erred in denying the petition based on outstanding attorney fees and costs of probation that were not conditions of probation or requirements for section 1203.4 relief.
