In an action against sellers them for specific performance of a real estate sales contract, judgment against sellers is affirmed over claim that the trial court abused its discretion in granting cross-defendants' motions in limine to exclude evidence pertaining to the signing of the sales agreement by one of the realty agents on behalf of the buyer.
