California Court of Appeal
People v. Herndon, B183711
A conviction for armed robbery and assault with a firearm is affirmed where, although the trial court committed error and violated defendant-s right to due process of law when, at its direction, five sheriff-s deputies wrestled defendant to the ground, pried open his clenched fists and took his fingerprints, the trial court's error was not prejudicial.
