Walsh v. IKON Office Solutions, Inc., A113172

In suit alleging wage and hour law violations, order decertifying one of several subclasses in class action against defendant is affirmed over claims that: 1) the order was erroneous as it failed to identify sufficiently the court-s reasons for decertification; 2) the evidence did not support the trial court-s conclusion; and 3) the motion was untimely and procedurally defective in its failure to comply with local rules of the San Francisco Superior Court.
