Conviction and sentence based on no contest plea to misdemeanor possession of marijuana is affirmed over claim that a sheriff-s deputy who seized the marijuana lacked probable cause to search defendant's car as defendant was allowed to possess marijuana under the Compassionate Use Act of 1996.
