California Court of Appeal
Berg v. Traylor, B188554
In dispute between a minor who had a recurring acting role on the show "Malcolm in the Middle" and his former personal manager, an arbitration award in favor of the manager for unpaid commissions and unrepaid loans is reversed in part as to a judgment against minor as he had the statutory right as a minor to disaffirm both the original contract and the arbitration award.
