People v. Bellacosa, C049291

In case where defendant evaded police in California by crossing the border into Nevada, ruling that defendant's DUI and eluding police conviction in Nevada barred prosecution in California is reversed as the physical acts defendant committed in California were not the same physical acts he committed in Nevada.
