In a dispute between law firm and former clients over legal fees, order denying firm's motion to compel arbitration under arbitration clause in retainer agreement is reversed where former clients' failure to invoke their statutory right to nonbinding arbitration under the mandatory fee arbitration act triggered the requirement that they submit any disputes with plaintiff to binding arbitration.
