Conviction and sentence for incest based on evidence defendant had sexual intercourse with his 18-year-old daughter is affirmed over claim that, based on Lawrence v. Texas (2003) 539 U.S. 558, the incest conviction violates defendant's 14th Amendment due process rights by criminalizing sexual intercourse between consenting adults.
