N. Beverly Park Homeowners Ass'n v. Bisno, B188779

In case involving suit to enjoin defendants from installing a particular sculpture and front gate on their property in a luxury community of Beverly Hills, denial of a motion to dissolve a permanent injunction is affirmed where defendants failed to meet their burden of proof, and the motion judge did not abuse his discretion in refusing to dissolve the injunction or in denying defendants- request for discovery of the trial judge-s mental condition.
