Hahn v. Mirda, A112854

In case involving husband's claim against wife's doctors for loss of consortium after wife was informed she had breast cancer, underwent chemotherapy, had radical mastectomy, and then learned two years later she never had cancer, sustaining of demurrer is reversed as facts of case can support husband-s independent cause of action for loss of consortium.
