Convictions for burglary, unlawfully taking an automobile, assault with a deadly weapon, petty theft, evading an officer with reckless driving, and resisting an officer are reversed where both the court and the prosecutor misinformed defendant regarding his eligibility for good behavior credits under a plea bargain offered by the prosecution, thereby violating his right to due process.
