In case involving issuance of permit to Steve Jobs to demolish a mansion of historic significance and build a smaller single family residence, issuance of writ of mandate directing defendant town to set aside its approval of the demolition permit is affirmed as defendant's feasibility findings were not supported by substantial evidence.
