Eureka Citizens v. City of Eureka, A113289

Denial of petition for writ of mandate challenging defendant's approval of use of property as a school playground is affirmed over claim that defendant improperly granted post hoc approval of illegally constructed improvements, failed to properly apply and enforce its own land use ordinances, and failed to conduct an appropriate environmental review as required by the CEQA.
