Ambriz v. Kelegian, D046453
In a case involving malpractice action against plaintiff's former attorneys, who unsuccessfully represented her in a premises liability action after she was raped by an intruder in the laundry room of her apartment complex, summary judgment for defendants is reversed, as the trial court erred in granting summary judgment based on the incorrect determination that plaintiff could not establish causation in the premises liability case.
