A six-figure damage award to plaintiff for physical injuries she suffered at a restaurant in defendant-commercial landlord's mall is reversed and remanded for a new trial on liability where the jury might have concluded defendant should have inspected the property at issue shortly after the restaurant's default on rent, instead of when a judgment of possession was entered.
