Van Slyke v. Gibson, B185339

In dispute over real estate transaction, award of attorney fees to defendants after prevailing at trial, despite real estate purchase agreement disallowing attorney fees to a prevailing party who does not first attempt mediation before filing an action, is affirmed as defendants did not initiate the action, they only defended it.
