California Court of Appeal

Ramos v. Superior Ct. (People), B192395

Trial court erred in failing to grant petitioner's writ petition to dismiss amended felony complaint against her when her preliminary hearing was continued at the request of her codefendants to a date more than 60 days after her arraignment, however, as petitioner waived her right to a preliminary hearing within the 60-day period specified in section 859b, her petition for writ of mandate is dismissed as moot.
