In case where prosecution conceded defendant was detained without a warrant, probable cause, or reasonable suspicion, denial of motion to suppress evidence under Penal Code section 1538.5 is reversed given the developments in the law on this subject, and as the prosecution conceded the initial stop was not reasonable.
