Denial of motion to dismiss underlying marijuana possession and cultivation related charges, order excluding defendant from deferred entry of judgment program, and sentence of probation and 270 days in county jail, are affirmed over claim that, after the passage of three years, a trial court loses jurisdiction to revoke deferred entry of judgment under Penal Code section 1000 et seq. and to reinstate criminal proceedings.
