Denial of petition for writ of administrative mandate, in case involving challenge to defendants' decision to discharge petitioner, a former physician at defendants' student healt services center, for repeatedly refusing to follow the directions of his superior to modify his approach to patient care by relying less on diagnostic testing, is affirmed as both the hearing officer and the trial court considered and properly applied Business and Professions Code section 2056 and substantial evidence supported the trial court-s conclusion that petitioner was discharged for insubordination.
