Conviction of committing three counts of lewd and lascivious acts upon a child under the age of 14 years, with multiple victim enhancement for each count, admission to prior strikes, and consecutive sentences totalling 115 years to life, is affirmed over claims of: 1) erroneous evidentiary rulings; 2) an Equal Protection violation; 3) a due process violation; 4) a Blakely violation; and 4) cruel and unusual punishment.
