No contest plea, based on negotiated plea agreement, to one felony count in each of three drug offense, with aggregate sentence of six years, eight months, is reversed where the trial court failed to exercise its sentencing discretion when it erroneously determined that a longer aggregate sentence of was required under Penal Code section 1170.1.
