In a case involving a settlement agreement between general partners, limited partnership, and limited partner concerning Corporations Code section 15634's right to inspect books and records, the settlement is reached and merged into judgment. Denial of motion for attorney fees incurred to enforce the judgment, where settlement agreement does not provide for postjudgment attorney fees, is reversed as such fees are available under sections 15634(g) and (h) notwithstanding silence of agreement and judgment.
