In case involving a minor who attended a school where a Hebrew studies teacher pled guilty to charges of molesting students including the minor, summary judgments for defendants school and its officials is affirmed over a claim that rulings in consolidated actions brought by other students, granting motions under Civil Code section 3295(c) to permit financial condition discovery, precluded the summary judgment motions in this case from being granted.
