Judgment terminating mother's parental rights under Welfare and Institutions Code section 366.26 is affirmed over claims that: 1) the notice requirements of the Indian Child Welfare Act were not followed; and 2) court erred in its refusal to grant evidentiary hearing on mother's section 388 petition to have the child placed with her in a drug rehabilitation program.
