Valdez v. Himmelfarb, B184281

Summary judgment for defendants based on the statute of limitations, and order sanctioning plaintiff and his attorney for bringing the action in bad faith, is reversed as to summary judgment where the trial court committed prejudicial error in its analysis of the applicable statutes of limitations, and trial court should reconsider sanctions order.
