In action for dissolution of marriage, characterization of property and division of community property, a finding that a general partnership existed between husband and wife is reversed, as is a finding that husband's post-separation earnings were community property, where evidence is insufficient to show the couple actually formed a business partnership. Sanctions on husband are reversed, and order for spousal support is not supported by adequate evidence or findings.
