People v. Aleem, A109515
Convictions of multiple counts of sexual and related offenses against three young women is affirmed over claims of ineffective assistance of counsel, that evidence does not support certain counts for which he was convicted nor does it support findings of one-strike allegations as to certain counts, instructional error, and sentencing error, however, the judgment is modified to strike the order that defendant pay restitution to one of women as he was acquitted of any charges involving her.
