Conviction of inflicting corporal injury to a cohabitant, with 25-year to life sentence based in part on two prior strikes, is reversed and remanded for resentencing or, at the prosecution's election, redetermination of whether the prior battery conviction constituted a strike within the meaning of the Three Strikes Law.
