Declaring defendant minor a ward of the juvenile court under Welfare and Institutions Code section 602 after finding true three allegations that he had been in possession of live ammunition, and other allegations that he had been holding this ammunition for the benefit of a criminal street gang, is reversed to the extent Penal Code section 12101(b) is violated only once by a minor who simultaneously possesses three different types of ammunition.
