Denial of motion to suppress recordings of defendant's calls from jail to his girlfriend is affirmed as defendant impliedly consented to the recording of his calls based on jail's announced, blanket policy of recording all outgoing telephone calls by inmates, and the recordings are admissible under federal and state law.
