California Court of Appeal

Wright v. City of Morro Bay, B176929

Sustaining of demurrer to first amended complaint without leave to amend, in case alleging fee ownership of a portion of a dedicated street abutting plaintiffs' property where the street was never opened or used for a public purpose, is affirmed as the face of the complaint shows defendant city accepted the offer of dedication and that no abandonment occurred.
